Lehigh Acres Middle School to celebrate fine and performing arts at Prism Showcase on May 17

Lehigh Acres Middle School will host its annual Prism Showcase on May 17 to highlight the incredible work of students in its fine arts and performing arts programs.

A Prism Showcase is a formal event that allows students in a variety of artistic disciplines, including music, dance and art, to exhibit their work and showcase their talents.

Lehigh Acres Middle is inviting community members and business supporters to join parents, siblings and family friends at the spring Prism Showcase, which begins at 6 p.m. on Friday, May 17 at Lehigh Acres Middle School, 104 Arthur Ave. in Lehigh Acres. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. A performance by band members kicks off the event, followed in order by chorus, theater and dance. The event also features a performance by Lee County’s only middle school gospel choir.

Admission is $3 per person; children 4 and under are free. Audience members can purchase light concessions at the event. All proceeds support the fine arts and performing arts program at Lehigh Acres Middle.
