Leadership NEXT, a monthly program for advancing business leaders brought to you by the Greater Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce, will host a government-centric educational session and networking opportunity on May 8.
Fort Myers Mayor Randy Henderson and Lee County Commissioner Cecil Pendergrass will discuss politics in Southwest Florida, explain government processes and offer a tour of commission chambers. The program begins at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, May 8 at the Old Lee County Courthouse, 2120 Main St. in Fort Myers.
Following the hour-long program, attendees will enjoy networking opportunities, appetizers and refreshments at The Standard, 1520 Broadway in Fort Myers. Royal Palm Coast REALTOR® Association is sponsoring the May program.
Leadership NEXT is a group of advancing professionals who represent a variety of businesses and industries throughout Southwest Florida. Monthly sessions take place from 5 to 7 p.m. on the second Tuesday of every month and offer opportunities to develop new knowledge and skills, establish working relationships with colleagues and engage in valuable programs and discussions to further enhance their careers. Leadership NEXT is free to attend for members of the Greater Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce and $10 for future members.
