In this position within KOVA’s commercial real estate division, Commers is responsible for advising businesses and individuals throughout the commercial real estate sales and leasing processes, capitalizing on both on- and off-market opportunities.
Originally from Minneapolis, Minnesota, Commers graduated from the University of St. Thomas with a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Entrepreneurial Studies. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), is a licensed Florida Real Estate Sales Associate and a licensed broker in the state of Minnesota. His expertise includes commercial real estate investment and leasing, which is enhanced with a long-term viewpoint that takes into consideration the potential of future events, such as redevelopment, sales, refinancing and change of use. This perspective is developed through the belief that the investments made today often last for decades, and therefore should be structured to allow for flexibility in a changing landscape.
