KOVA is pleased to announce the appointment of Kimberly Gaglia, RPA, CAM, as Partner of KOVA Property Management, LLC. In her new position within the company, Gaglia will serve as Sr. Vice President of Property Management of KOVA’s property management division, overseeing the team in serving commercial properties throughout Southwest Florida, providing hands-on, property-specific management designed to promote long-term property success.
Originally from Girard, Ohio, Gaglia spent her first 13 years in property management while living in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She holds her Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation and has been a member of Building, Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) since 1999 and is a member of the local Real Estate Investment Society (REIS). Gaglia is licensed as a Florida Real Estate Broker and a Community Association Manager (CAM). Gaglia has been a member of the KOVA team since 2013, previously serving as senior property manager and then as director of property management for KOVA Property Management, LLC. Prior to joining KOVA, she accumulated more than 27 years of experience in the field of property management, holding leadership positions within property management companies, including Welsh Companies Florida and Stavins & Axelrod Properties, Inc. Her expertise includes property management for commercial office, retail and warehouse properties in addition to commercial and residential associations.
