Junior Achievement of Southwest Florida to host Bowl-A-Thon Aug. 30

Proceeds to support student programs on financial literacy, work readiness, and entrepreneurship

Bowling enthusiasts and beginners alike will join Junior Achievement of Southwest Florida on Wednesday, Aug. 30 for the sixth annual Bowl-A-Thon fundraising event, taking place 6 to 8:30 p.m. at HeadPinz Entertainment Center, located at 14513 Global Pkwy. in Fort Myers. Registration will begin at 5:30 p.m. The event will raise funds to support Junior Achievement of Southwest Florida programs throughout schools in Southwest Florida. Registration for the Bowl-A-Thon event is available at www.JASWFL.org.

The Bowl-A-Thon event provides a fun-filled opportunity for businesses, colleagues, neighbors and friends to come together for team building and friendly competition. Participants are challenged to meet a fundraising goal of $750 for a team of six players, and each team member will receive a team shirt, food, beverage, two adult beverages, shoes and lane rental.

Known for its state-of-the-art bowling, game zone and more, HeadPinz Entertainment Center will once again serve as the host of the 2017 event. Additional sponsorship opportunities are available including event sponsorship for $3,000, beverage sponsorship for $2,500, T-shirt sponsorship for $2,000 and food sponsorship for $2,000. Each level includes signage at the event, logo recognition on all event print materials and email distributions, team entry, and recognition on Junior Achievement of Southwest Florida’s website and event press releases, as well as during the event.
