Jon Zander has been promoted to senior project manager at Stevens Construction, announced Mark Stevens, company president.
Bringing 25 years of construction experience, and completing more than $285 million in health care and commercial construction, Zander joined the Stevens Construction team nearly two years ago. Zander’s Stevens Construction resume includes Village on the Isle’s The Lofts renovation, Viscaya-Prado Veterinary Hospital, Frantz EyeCare and multiple NCH Healthcare projects.
As senior project manager, Zander will oversee the field team ensuring projects are achieving budget, schedule and quality goals while providing transparent communication to clients. He will also transition projects from preconstruction to construction, reviewing all proposals, scopes and negotiating final contract pricing with subcontractors. He also leads standard operation procedure training of the project management and field teams.
A Michigan Technological University graduate in civil engineering, Zander is also a Qualified Stormwater Management Inspector.
