With a theme of “A Night at the Jerusalem Light Festival,” the Jewish Federation of Greater Naples welcomed an enthusiastic crowd of the 55-and-under set Dec. 2 to its annual Matzah Ball gala.
The night of dancing, food and fun was once again hosted at the Nina Iser Jewish Cultural Center, which debuted in early 2023 as the centerpiece of contemporary Jewish life in greater Naples.
The event is aimed at Federation members ages 55 and younger, a growing demographic both in the local Jewish community and across Southwest Florida, said Alicia Feldman, the Federation’s development director.
“The Matzah Ball is a great opportunity to celebrate friendship and bring the community together,” she said. “It’s especially important to bring together a demographic that is so busy with their careers and families. They definitely need an excuse to find a babysitter and enjoy a night on the town!”
