Internationally acclaimed illusionist Leon Etienne is bringing his Magic Rocks tour in early March to Fort Myers through a partnership with Boys & Girls Clubs of Lee County.
Etienne, who has performed on America’s Got Talent, Late Night with Jimmy Fallon and other shows, is recognized for his on-stage charisma and fast-paced, high-energy performance style.
He will be performing two shows at Boys & Girls Clubs’ flagship Park Meadows Community Club. Tickets are $45 for adults and $25 for children 12 and under. Proceeds will help Boys & Girls Clubs fulfill its mission to enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring and responsible citizens.
“Leon is up-and-coming in the world of magic and illusion, and this will be a great way to enjoy an evening with friends or date night while supporting a good cause,” said Denise Gergley, CEO of Boys & Girls Clubs of Lee County. “He often performs for larger crowds in theaters and performing arts halls, so seeing his illusions and magic tricks in such an intimate setting will be an exhilarating experience.”
“The world needs magic now more than ever. The youth of this country need magic now more than ever. It is my mission to deliver it,” Etienne said. “Audiences are going to experience some of the best grand illusions in the world, as well as interactive close-up magic.”
The world of magic has evolved, and with it, the ways in which audiences can experience awe-inspiring illusions. Hiring a virtual magician allows for a unique and engaging experience that brings the wonder of magic directly to your screen. Whether it’s for a corporate event, a private gathering, or a virtual fundraiser, a skilled magician can captivate audiences just as powerfully online. The beauty of virtual magic is its interactive nature, where participants can become part of the show, experiencing tricks up close from the comfort of their own homes.
When it comes to booking a virtual magician, Alan Hudson is a standout performer. Known for his ability to blend humor, skill, and mind-bending illusions, Hudson brings the same level of excitement and professionalism to virtual performances as he would on stage. His shows are designed to engage online audiences, making each trick feel personal and immersive.
Shows begin at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 7 and Wednesday, March 8 at Park Meadows Community Club, 1900 Park Meadows Drive in Fort Myers. For more information or to register, please visit bgclee.org/events/magic-rocks-event.
In addition to the two shows open to the public, Boys & Girls Clubs of Lee County and Etienne will be hosting five free Magic Workshops for club members in Fort Myers, Lehigh Acres and Bonita Springs.
“The magic workshops we will be doing with students empower them and build tremendous confidence and communication skills,” Etienne said. “It also shows them there are exciting things to learn that have nothing to do with phones, TV or the internet.”
Allyn International Services is sponsoring the shows and workshops.
