Gulfshore Business Women in Business Each May, Mother’s Day offers a special day to honor the women in our lives. It’s also a time when media honor outstanding women in the community, including Priority Marketing President & Chief Creative Officer Teri Hansen, APR.

Gulfshore Business selected Teri as one of its 2022 Women in Business making their mark in Southwest Florida. The magazine noted a common theme among 10 honorees: “Each one of them has stayed true to their dreams, and that has led them to all kinds of professional and personal successes.”

Two Priority Marketing clients, Jennifer Whyte of Fort Myers Brewing Company and Robbie Roepstorff of Edison National Bank, also were featured. Teri was interviewed by WINK at a banquet held to recognize the 10 honorees: Gulfshore Business recognizes trailblazers with Women in Business Award Celebration

Another publication, eBella, profiled a few Southwest Florida “momtrepreneurs,” women who practice career autonomy as they raise and inspire their children. Teri was one of four women that eBella profiled: Momtrepreneurs: Celebrating inspiring moms among us

The Small Business Development Center at Florida Gulf Coast University also recognized Teri as its 2022 Small Business Advocate of the Year during its Distinguished Entrepreneur Awards. This prestigious award recognizes business owners who create a positive impact on the economy in the Southwest Florida community.

“Giving back to this community and mentoring are my two greatest passions,” Teri said at the awards celebration, “and I’m so humbled to be recognized with this amazing award!”

Additionally, Teri is among 12 finalists for Sunny 106.3’s second annual Outstanding Women Awards, which highlights a diverse group of inspiring women from across Southwest Florida who represent different careers, backgrounds, volunteer activities, family lives and passions.

Sunny 106.3’s voting runs through 10 a.m. on Friday, June 3.
