Inside the property, botanical fabrics in a warm and inviting color palette blend with vibrant accents reminiscent of the ocean. White painted millwork, rich wood tones, and a blown glass art installation establish the feel of a relaxed seaside resort. Six distinctive dining venues assist in wayfinding and create variety throughout the community. A general store, coffee bars, and other retro details bring nostalgia as well as opportunities for new memories to be made by residents. In addition, multi-use spaces throughout the property lend flexibility, evolving over time to meet the needs of the community as it grows. Around the perimeter, large porches and lanais offer casual settings for residents and their families, while expansive courtyards provide safe spaces to explore.

“The supportive and well-trained staff, the large and impressive residences, new and expanded amenities and programs as well as enhanced access to healthcare differentiates Palmview from other communities,” said Kevin Ahmadi, executive director at Gulf Coast Village. “The entire community has so much to offer, from Starbucks to movie theaters to incredible dining venues and even a community garden, there is so much for residents to enjoy.”
