GMA Architects & Planners has completed the design for two retail buildings at Estero Crossing, a new mixed-use development located in the rapidly developing commercial corridor in Estero.
Presenting nearly 24,000 square feet of vanilla-shell space, the two buildings are centered on an exterior courtyard that will host outside dining and entertainment. Utilizing Spanish architectural elements, the design features traditional materials, colors and fine detailing consisting of barrel tile roofs, textured stucco walls, arched openings, simulated wrought iron trim and mission bell towers.
With preleasing underway, the commercial space is located on Corkscrew Road between Interstate 75 and Three Oaks Parkway, only a short distance from popular destinations including Miromar Outlets, Hertz Arena and Florida Gulf Coast University.
Estero Crossing was designed to be pedestrian-friendly and features brick-paved walkways and courtyards with lush landscaping. Stock Development has selected Heatherwood Construction for the two retail buildings at the highly anticipated development which will offer a vast collection of dining options, services and amenities for residents.
