Construction has been completed for the last two shell buildings at Fruitville Commons designed by GMA Architects & Planners for Stock Development.
Located east of I-75 at Fruitville Road in Sarasota, the two buildings round out the commercial frontage blocks at Fruitville Commons, which is a development consisting of luxury apartments, retail stores, restaurants and professional services.
GMA utilized architectural elements, details, materials and the color palette from the first two buildings to maintain a common theme with the addition of variations among the buildings. Building D provides three units, totaling 7,223 square feet of leasable area. Building E has four units, totaling 7,967 square feet of leasable area, and includes a covered, outdoor area that is accessible from the shared courtyard.
