Discovery Village At The Forum is officially opening its preview gallery to the public on Friday, Sept. 9, 2016 at 9 a.m. Located at 2625 Forum Blvd. in The Forum, just east of I-75 and north of Colonial Blvd., this will be the public’s first opportunity to view community renderings, decorator finishes, available floor plans and to receive details on the resort-style amenities and services offered at this state-of-the-art community. Senior Lifestyle Counselors will begin taking apartment reservations on a first-come, first-served basis. The preview gallery will remain open seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday.
The 204,000-square-feet, five-story, luxury senior-rental community will feature 176 Independent living apartment homes with 12, one- and two-bedroom floor plans, ranging from 570 square feet to 1,142 square feet. Apartment homes will feature full-size kitchens with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops with tile backsplash, wood-look plank flooring in living areas, plush carpet in bedrooms, designer tile in bathrooms, flat screen televisions, walk-in closets, screened lanais, faux-wood window blinds and keyless door access cards.
All apartment homes will be connected to the Grande Clubhouse, which will feature restaurant-style dining with tableside service, bar and club room, piano lounge, ballroom, library, movie theatre, salon and spa wellness center, heated pool, outdoor entertainment areas and pickleball courts. Housekeeping, transportation, maintenance, security and concierge services will be available to all residents.
