He concentrates his practice in zoning, land use and development law as well as local government administrative law matters, representing clients before city and county commissions, councils and boards in hearings throughout Southwest Florida. Hartsell joined Pavese Law Firm in 1986 and became a partner in the firm in 1990.
Montgomery’s practice areas are land use, local government, environmental, water and real estate law. She is involved with real estate development and permitting issues at the local, regional, state and federal level. Montgomery joined Pavese Law Firm in 1986 and became a partner in 1991.
In addition to Real Estate Law, Pavese concentrates his practice in most aspects of civil litigation, with emphasis on construction matters, business and family disputes. He joined Pavese Law Firm in 1986 and became a partner in 1991.
