Discovery Senior Living is honored to announce the promotion of Thomas J. Costello from senior vice president of finance and accounting to chief financial officer for the company. Costello has been an integral part of Discovery Senior Living’s growth and success to date, developing and managing finance, accounting and IT operations while establishing and achieving overall corporate strategic objectives.

Some of Costello’s new responsibilities will include establishing and implementing Discovery Senior Living’s strategic and tactical capital plan, negotiating organizational debt terms and usage, overseeing all accounting and financial reporting for the organization and working with the CEO/President on the development of the organization’s annual and strategic plans.
