Del Mar Naples, featuring Mediterranean-inspired coastal cuisine, is now serving brunch. Located at 494 Fifth Ave. S. in Naples, Del Mar Naples, the new menu will be offered from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.
Brunch has become a popular trend in the restaurant industry and Del Mar Naples looks to bring its patrons a Mediterraean inspired take on brunch cuisine. The brunch menu will include popular items from Del Mar’s dinner menu and add newly crafted dishes that put an elevated spin on breakfast items.
“We’re excited to expand our menu at Del Mar Naples and now offer brunch,” said Del Mar Naples’ General Manager Rick Giannasi. “We’ve had a great following since our opening in December of 2021 and we look forward to the opportunity to impress our guests with the new brunch menu.”
One featured dish will be Lobster Scramble, which combines lobster and scrambled eggs with mascarpone, heirloom tomatoes, arugula and lemon vinaigrette. For those who prefer a sweet and hearty option the menu will have Pistachio Babka French Toast with mascarpone, breakfast sausage and syrup.
“Our made-from-scratch menu showcases a variety of seafood accompanied by bright produce, fresh cheeses, rich olive oil, earthy spice blends and homemade pita,” said David Vilchez, executive chef of Del Mar Naples. “Our culinary team has incorporated our dinner menu’s flavors from Greece, Southern Spain, Morocco, France, Italy and Turkey into brunch cuisine.”
New cocktails have also been designed to complement the brunch cuisine options. One brunch beverage favorite is sure to be a bottomless champagne option with peach, orange or pineapple mixers. Del Mar’s brunch menu will also feature a Bloody Mary with house-pickled veggies.
