Dani Bucholtz joins Call It Closed International Realty

Seasoned real estate professional Dani Bucholtz has joined Call It Closed International Realty as the company’s state broker for California, bringing more than 20 years of experience in the industry.

Bucholtz owned a mortgage company, a real estate school and a real estate firm and is an expert at property valuations, real estate negotiations, helping agents find and establish their industry niche to build their business and public speaking.

In addition to professional experience, Bucholtz has volunteered as mentor for the National Association of Realtors, and is a C2EX Ambassador and a child advocate for Guardian ad Litem. Prior to getting into real estate, she had a professional sales background.
