To thank the first responders and health care personnel working on the front lines during the COVID-19 pandemic, Cypress Pharmacy is now offering pharmaceutical-grade hand sanitizer free for all first responders as well as deeply discounted CBD products for front-line health care workers.
“Our local health care workers and first responders continue to be out caring for our community during the COVID-19 pandemic, and we want to do our part to support them during this time,” said Justin Ceravolo, assistant pharmacy manager for Cypress Pharmacy. “It’s our way of thanking those who are giving so much to keep our families and neighbors healthy and safe.”
To help meet the growing demand for hand sanitizer, the custom compounding pharmacy is making its own solutions following FDA guidelines. Cypress Pharmacy’s pharmaceutical-grade hand sanitizers are made with either 75% isopropyl alcohol or 80% ethyl alcohol. While free for first responders, the public can also purchase 2-ounce bottles of hand sanitizer for $5.
Furthermore, Cypress Pharmacy is offering front-line health care professionals select pharmaceutical-grade CBD products for only $10 (normally $50-$65), offering the choice of either a 300-milligram CBD tincture or 30-count THC-free CBD softgels.
“The stress of working on the front lines of this pandemic can be extreme,” said Dr. Stan Headley, natural health consultant for Cypress Pharmacy. “While not tested against the current COVID-19 virus, CBD is well documented in boosting the immune system, promoting restful sleep and lowering stress and anxiety.”
First responders and front-line health care workers can visit the pharmacy during regular business hours and show their service badge to receive a free bottle of hand sanitizer or discounted CBD products.
To help reduce foot traffic in the pharmacy, Cypress Pharmacy is now offering curbside pickup. Customers can call 239-481-7322 upon arrival, and a pharmacy associate will bring the order out to their car. The pharmacy also offers free prescription delivery services to customers within 5 miles of the pharmacy.
