Creighton Construction & Development has begun redevelopment of a 7-Eleven in Virginia, the fourth state in its portfolio of full-service construction management.
In 2007, Dan Creighton founded Creighton Construction & Development with chief operating officer, Brent Evans. Over the years, the company has completed hundreds of well-known projects, including more than 200 7-Eleven convenience stores and fueling stations throughout the country, and new buildings for Ada’s Natural Market, Chipotle, Culver’s, Five Guys, MedExpress, Moe’s Southwest Grill, Pets Supermarket, Sam’s Club, Starbucks, West Marine and many other retail stores, restaurants, medical buildings and shopping plazas.

The first project in the Virginia market is the redevelopment of an existing fueling station into a 3,000-square-foot 7-Eleven convenience store with 16 fueling positions and a covered canopy structure at 1301 N. Laburnum Ave. in Richmond.
Project completion is expected in fall 2019.
