Each month, we spotlight some of the outstanding media coverage of our clients’ news and events. You’ll see them featured frequently in newspapers and magazines, on television and radio, and on blogs and social media.
In July, when Tropical Storm Elsa’s projected path targeted Southwest Florida, Priority Marketing’s public relations team began proactively pitching stories and offer clients as subject-matter experts to the media. Several clients were featured in advance of Elsa, including Sunshine Ace Hardware, Cypress Pharmacy, Raymond Building Supply and Goldstein, Buckley, Cechman, Rice & Purtz.
Later in the month, Priority Marketing launched another proactive, multi-client campaign to promote volunteer opportunities among nonprofit organizations. After drafting a blog about local nonprofits in need of summer volunteers, Priority Marketing sent roundups of volunteer opportunities, along with photos, videos and links, to Southwest Florida media. As a result, multiple clients were featured in media stories, including the Boys & Girls Club of Collier County, Better Together, Community Cooperative, Conservancy of Southwest Florida, Guadalupe Resale Shop, Guardian ad Litem Foundation, Gulf Coast Village and Pace Center for Girls, Lee County.
