Market Trends 

2022 Market Trends of Southwest FloridaMarket Trends is a real estate forum that explores the latest data, research and fact-based analysis, and how they will impact the big picture for homeowners, homebuyers, real estate professionals and Southwest Florida as a whole. Three leading voices in local real estate – Randy Thibaut (LSI Companies), Denny Grimes (Denny Grimes & Team at Keller Williams Realty) and Justin Thibaut (LSI Companies) – guide the conversation. 

Priority Marketing provided event management services for Market Trends, which was held at Caloosa Sound Convention Center & Amphitheater and drew 950 in-person and virtual attendees. Additionally, Priority Marketing led public relations efforts, which included event announcements, advance news coverage, on-site media coordination and post-event recaps.

The regional summit focused on helping family businesses prosper for generations, covering topics like governance, successful planning and company culture.
