One of Tampa Bay’s premier dining destinations, Clasico Chophouse and Taproom, has unveiled a variety of new menu items that will pair nicely with its newly introduced wine list that are sure to please all guests. Executive Chef Ernest Cornelius and General Manager Matt Kaess have carefully crafted a refreshed menu featuring Hereford Farms beef, new salads and more, as well as a robust new wine list featuring bold reds and crisp whites.
The new menu items include lobster mac and cheese, creamed spinach, cauliflower au gratin, and Brule sweet potato. Hereford Farms beef has been added to Clasico’s chops selections, as well as their burgers and meatballs. Also added are three new salads: BBQ chop, black and blue steak salad, and kale apple with pulled chicken.
A diverse selection of wines is available, including Chardonnay from Maison Nicolas, Cabernet Sauvignon from Grgich Hills Estate, Pinot Noir from King Estate, Rose from Scarpetta, Eterna Merlot Reds and Laguna Sauvignon Blanc Whites.
