The Bobby Nichols-Fiddlesticks Charity Foundation (BNFCF) has announced the 23rd annual Nichols Cup charity events and tournaments happening Feb. 14-17 at Fiddlesticks Country Club in Fort Myers in support of local abused and at-risk children.
The theme for the 2025 four-day fundraising event is “Brighter Horizons,” symbolizing a future full of potential and support for local children and a brighter tomorrow where imagination, opportunity and personal growth know no limits.
The Nichols Cup is centered around its signature Pro-Am Golf Tournament on Feb. 17, but also includes tennis and pickleball tournaments and an elegant gala dinner event featuring live and silent auctions. Funds raised from each event go to support six designated children’s charities in Southwest Florida. The two primary charity partners are the Children’s Advocacy Center of Southwest Florida and Abuse Counseling & Treatment. Additional beneficiaries include Blessings in a Backpack, Liberty Youth Ranch, Catholic Charities, Diocese of Venice and Pace Center for Girls, Lee.
Since its inception, the Foundation has raised more than $18 million for abused and neglected children. The goal in 2025 is to surpass a collective $20 million to provide more children with a brighter future.
