The Valentine’s Day dinner for two, on Wednesday, Feb. 14, is a celebration of flavors, highlighting the culinary expertise that Brick’s is renowned for.
The first course invites couples to indulge in either a flavorful dish of smoked salmon dip or meg salad.
That is followed up by the main course with two entrees to choose from including: honey glazed salmon with mashed potatoes and roasted carrots or smoked primed rib, mashed sweet potatoes with house bacon, winter veggies and brussels sprouts.
Dessert includes Kahlua infused chocolate cake with toffee mousse or apple caramel cheesecake.
Also available are four specialty cocktails to enhance the evening: a Strawberry and Champagne Margarita, Chocolate Martini, Raspberry Martini, or White Chocolate and Cherry Russian.
