Bigham Jewelers, a full-service Official Rolex Jeweler with extensive collections, announces extended hours. Hours at the Bigham Galleria, a diamond-shaped, 28,000-square-foot building at 2425 U.S. 41 N. in Naples, will be Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., just in time for holiday shopping.
“We anticipate the return of our seasonal customers, as well as new customers who are discovering the area and all it has to offer,” said Kathy Bigham, president and CEO of Bigham Jewelers. “Our goal for nearly 30 years has been to provide exceptional service to our customers, and extending our hours allows us to continue doing so.”
Bigham Jewelers offers jewelry and watches from the world’s most prestigious jewelry and watch brands, as well as design and redesign services.
The four-member Service Department annually handles more than 8,000 jewelry and watch repair requests. The official Rolex Service Center includes onsite watchmakers trained to meet Rolex’s exacting standards of excellence. Each Rolex brought for service is dismantled and ultrasonically cleaned, with individual components replaced that no longer meet Rolex’s specifications. The movement is lubricated, then electronically tested to guarantee timing accuracy. Other tests guarantee waterproofness, power reserve and precision, and watches are covered by a service guarantee.
