Better Together, a nonprofit dedicated to helping families in crisis and preventing the need for foster care, is hosting a Parents’ Night Out event on Friday, Sept. 15 in Naples.
The program offers parents, grandparents and other caregivers access to a couple of hours of no-cost care for children from infant to 17 years old. Better Together will provide background-checked volunteers in addition to dinner, games and fun for children to enjoy while parents are away.
“As a parent, having a night off to take a break, recharge or catch up on errands is important,” said Megan Rose, CEO of Better Together. “Parents’ Night Out grants children a fun, out-of-the-ordinary evening, while giving parents time to themselves with the reassurance that their children are being cared for by background-checked volunteers.”
Parents’ Night Out will take place from 6 to 8:30 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 15 at Covenant Church of Naples, located at 6926 Trail Blvd. in Naples.
