Better Together, a nonprofit dedicated to families and children, has announced remaining tickets and sponsorship opportunities still available for The World Famous Cigar Bar Charity Golf Tournament benefiting Better Together.
On Sunday, Oct. 6, participants will get the chance to enjoy a day of golfing and an exclusive after party in the evening at The World Famous Cigar Bar, featuring a silent auction, premium imported cigars, spirits and a catered dinner. Lunch and registration will take place at 11 a.m. with the official tee time at 1 p.m.
Individual players can still purchase a ticket for $150, and tickets for teams of four are available for $500. Mulligans and prize drawing tickets will be available for purchase at the golf course. Lunch will be provided at registration and dinner at the tournament after party.
Current sponsors include Coolair Air Conditioning & Heating, Baker Petroleum & Investments, Realty ONE Group MVP and Simplified Technologies, Inc. There are still three sponsorship levels available, including Platinum ($5,000), Gold ($2,500) and Silver ($1,500). Additional sponsorship opportunities include Beverage Cart Sponsors ($1,000), Lunch Sponsor ($1,000), Dinner Sponsor ($1,000), Hole in One Sponsor ($350), Closest to the Pin Sponsor ($250), Longest Drive Sponsor ($250) and Hole Sponsors ($150).
Better Together helps parents who are going through a hard time to keep their kids out of foster care, find work and address the root causes of their struggle so that they can reunite as a family with the tools and support system to thrive. Established in Southwest Florida in 2015, the nonprofit’s programming has rapidly expanded to reach families in six regions of Florida, which span 48 counties. To date, the program has served 10,000 children and kept 98% of children served through mentoring and hosting out of foster care, while helping nearly 40,000 job seekers find employment through church-based job fairs across 24 states.

The Oct. 6 golf tournament will be held at Stoneybrook Golf Club, located at 21251 Stoneybrook Golf Blvd. in Estero. The after party will be held at The World Famous Cigar Bar, located at 10045 Gulf Center Drive, E-115, within Gulf Coast Town Center in Fort Myers.
