Bell Tower Shops’ Yappy Hour offers pets, people a chance to give thanks on Nov. 9

November’s Yappy Hour social event at Bell Tower Shops is dedicated to giving thanks while giving second chances to animals in need of a forever home.

With its “Give Thanks” theme, Bell Tower Shops is asking pet-lovers to contribute donations to Gulf Coast Humane Society, an organization that provides a safe refuge and medical care for animals, as well as facilitates adoptions.

Yappy Hour runs from 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 9 near World of Beer. This month’s Yappy Hour will not feature a costume contest.

Bell Tower Shops, Southwest Florida’s dog-friendly shopping, dining and entertainment destination, holds Yappy Hour on the second Friday of each month. Yappy Hour is the area’s largest pet-friendly social hour, providing an evening of fun for pet lovers and their four-legged friends.

Yappy Hour is weather permitting. Follow Bell Tower Shops on social media for weather updates impacting special events.

DJ Robert McDonald will be providing entertainment for the Nov. 9 Yappy Hour. A bounce house, sidewalk chalk station and lawn games will be available for guests to enjoy. World of Beer will present beer and wine for the evening, with $1 from every happy hour draft beer and happy hour wine benefiting the Gulf Coast Humane Society. Omaha Steaks will also present a “Doggone Good Deal” – $2 hot dogs and $1 water bottles, with proceeds going to the Gulf Coast Humane Society.

Throughout Yappy Hour, visitors will have an opportunity to stop by dog-friendly sponsor stations and meet adoptable dogs from the Gulf Coast Humane Society.
