Bell Tower Shops has partnered with Y100.1 to bring a free 80s and 90s Throwback Music Party on Thursday evenings from 7 to 9 p.m., beginning Sept. 1. Each week, Y100.1 entertainers Big D and DJ Manny C will take guests back to the best music of the 80s and 90s, playing top hits from popular artists from each decade. The party will be held at different Bell Tower Shop locations, offering guests a unique experience every Thursday.
On Sept. 1, the party will be held at Cru, featuring a “Classic Rock & Hair Bands” theme. The DJs will play classic hits from the era, including Poison, Great White and Warrant.
The theme for Sept. 8 is “90s Alternative,” featuring the best of Stone Temple Pilots and Third Eye Blind. The music party will take place at EO Burgers.
Sept. 15 will present a “Party & High Energy 80s Hits” theme, taking place at TGI Fridays.
On Sept. 22, Cantina Laredo will host the “80s Alternative” evening, featuring hit music from The Cure, Depeche Mode, Tears for Fears and R.E.M.
On Sept. 29, DaRuMa Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi Lounge will offer “90’s R&B,” with hits from Keith Sweat, Bell Biv Devoe and Boyz II Men.
Oct. 6 will bring “Grunge and 90s Rock” to World of Beer, with popular hits from Soundgarden and Nirvana.
