Bell Tower Shops will host a charity car show on Jan. 5 to help raise money for Barbara’s Friends – Golisano Children’s Hospital Cancer Fund.
The 17th annual Corvette and Open Car & Truck Show, presented by Bell Tower Shops and Corvettes on the Gulf, includes 29 classes for ‘Vettes and 37 classes of stock and modified cars, trucks and street rods. Awards will be given to the top two vehicles in each class, along with 29 “best of show” winners.
The car show runs from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 5 at Bell Tower Shops, 13499 S. Cleveland Ave. in Fort Myers. The registration fee is $25 in advance or $30 on the day of the show, which will be held rain or shine.
Admission is free. Attendees can partake in a 50/50 raffle and register for door prizes. Music will be provided by Tommy Tunes, and food and drink will be available for purchase.
Proceeds from the Corvette and Open Car & Truck Show will support Barbara’s Friends, which helps pay for equipment, staffing and services to support lifesaving cancer care for Southwest Florida children. Funds also support the Barbara’s Friends Hematology/Oncology Outpatient Center at Golisano Children’s Hospital.
