Bell Tower Shops, Southwest Florida’s dog-friendly shopping, dining and entertainment destination, is partnering with the Gulf Coast Humane Society to host a St. Patrick’s Day-themed Yappy Hour block party from 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday, March 9 in Center Court.
The theme for March is “Lucky Dog Night” as St. Patrick’s Day approaches. It’s time to spoil your pooch, and perhaps the luck of the Irish setter will help you find a pot of gold – or a bowl of treats – at the end of the rainbow. Dress your pup in green and enter the always entertaining costume contest for a $5 donation to the Gulf Coast Humane Society.
Held on the second Friday of each month, Yappy Hour is the area’s largest pet-friendly social hour, providing an evening of fun for pet lovers and their four-legged friends.
Live music will be presented Kraig Kenning in Center Court, in addition to a bounce house, a sidewalk chalk station and lawn games for guests to enjoy. Cru will present the beer and wine for the evening, with all proceeds from beer purchases to be donated to the Gulf Coast Humane Society. Omaha Steaks will also present a “Doggone Good Deal” – $2 hot dogs and $1 water bottles with proceeds going to the Gulf Coast Humane Society. As Merchant of the Month, Driftwood Blue will provide guests with a special offer.
Throughout the event, visitors will have the chance to stop by dog-friendly sponsor stations and meet adoptable dogs from the Gulf Coast Humane Society.
