Noire The Nail Bar offers manicures, pedicures, body waxing, eyelash extensions and additional services from its location at Bell Tower Shops. The salon is open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and noon to 6 p.m. on Sunday.
Bell Tower Shops recently announced a series of extensive facility enhancements, including new gathering areas, updated architecture, redesigned storefronts, fresh paint and contemporary lighting to create an overall modern look. Noire The Nail Bar was founded in Knoxville, Tennessee, and blends a warm, inviting atmosphere with top-notch techniques, allowing clients to have a relaxing and fulfilling experience.
