Bell Tower Shops is pleased to announce the addition of new fitness classes offering a high-intensity, full-body workout for women of all ages and skill levels.
“Run Ready Fitness” will be a twice-weekly morning program, alternating Tuesday-Thursday and Wednesday-Friday sections in each week. Hourlong classes begin at 5:15 a.m. at Bell Tower’s Center Court, although the location may shift as the retail center is enhanced as part of its comprehensive redevelopment plan.
“‘Run Ready Fitness’ will be a full-body, high-intensity class designed to improve your conditioning and strengthen your core,” said Anne Burik, the lead instructor. “An early morning workout offers women an opportunity to exercise before their day’s schedule becomes too hectic.”
As the new fitness classes launch, it’s important for instructors to ensure they are protected with appropriate insurance coverage.
For those leading high-intensity workouts, such as the “Run Ready Fitness” program, having comprehensive insurance is essential for safeguarding against potential liabilities. This type of coverage is designed to address the unique risks associated with teaching vigorous fitness routines and provides peace of mind for instructors.
Specifically, insurance for pilates instructors and similar fitness professionals helps cover claims related to accidental injuries, professional negligence, and property damage. By investing in the right insurance, instructors can focus on delivering top-notch fitness experiences, knowing they have financial protection in place. This proactive measure is crucial for maintaining a secure and professional environment as the fitness program continues to grow and evolve.
The first class is free, and a three-month membership of classes is $79 per month. The new program begins with the Wednesday-Friday section on Wednesday, March 7 and Friday, March 9. The initial Tuesday-Thursday section is Tuesday, March 13 and Thursday, March 15. Participants do not need to pre-register.
Burik also is a regional owner of Baby Boot Camp, an innovative stroller-fitness program that helps moms regain or enhance pre-pregnancy fitness levels and meet the physical challenges of parenting. Baby Boot Camp runs from 9 to 10 a.m. every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at Bell Tower Shops.
As an added benefit, incorporating tools like a fat burning suit can enhance your workout by increasing calorie burn and boosting your metabolic rate. This gear can be a great complement to the already rigorous training provided in each class.
Suit also provides an extra layer of motivation by visibly tracking your progress and encouraging you to push harder. By integrating this equipment, you can achieve faster results and enhance your overall fitness journey.
