Avow Foundation Hosts IRAs” Estate and Year-End Planning Panel

Avow Foundation is hosting a panel discussion IRAs: Estate and Year-End Planning, Wednesday, June 5 at the Waterview Room at the Ispiri Community Center on the Avow Campus, 1205 Whippoorwill Lane, Naples.

Panelists include Brad. A. Galbraith, Galbraith Law; Eileen Connolly-Keesler, president/CEO Community Foundation of Collier County; Evelyn Garcia, managing partner, Garcia & Carlson CPA; Pam and Carolyn D. Bare, wealth management officer, Suncoast Trust and Investment Services. The moderator is Betsy Keteltas, senior director of development for the Avow Foundation.

Topics will include inherited IRAs, charitable rollovers, adverse tax consequences and other areas of interest. The expert panel will present information and answer questions about topics from charitable giving to the significance of an IRA in the owner’s estate.

The free event will begin at 9 a.m. with coffee and pastries, with the panel discussion from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m.
