Stevens Construction has expanded Tampa operations with the addition of superintendent, Sam Lane, announced Troy Hernly, vice president central Florida.
As superintendent, Lane manages the onsite supervision of Florida Hospital Tampa projects, specifically handling inspections, safety meetings, daily job reports and all tasks that are instrumental to the success of the project.
Lane is tremendously experienced in occupied hospital and AHCA-licensed projects; completing more than $400 million in health care construction for health care providers such as Brandon Regional Hospital, James A. Haley Veterans’ Hospital and Lake City Medical Center.
